We accept returns on items from the Black and White Silk Capsule Collection within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: • Unworn and unused • Unwashed and not ironed • All original tags attached
Due to the delicate nature of silk, we are unable to accept returns on items that show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team at alina@denalifashion.com.au within 10 days of receiving your order. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
